Dear Valued Customer:
Over the last year Vette Corp. has continued to evolve as the global leader, manufacturer and supplier of Thermal Management Products to a wide variety of customers that service a vast array of markets. As part of this, Vette Corp. acquired ERM Thermal Technologies, Inc. of Ontario, New York in August of 2006. Established as a Tool & Die Company in 1958, ERM has been an industry leader, supplying Thermal Management Products since 1992. These Thermal Management Products specialized in high power cooling, focused on liquid cold plates, bonded and soldered fin solutions using both aluminum and copper materials.
This has now led Vette Corp. to bring all of these capabilities and global capacity under a new division. The new operation will be named Vette Corp., North American Power Division, with its headquarters located at the former ERM location in Ontario, New York. With the increase of manufacturing space in New York that will now exceed 80,000 square feet, this site will offer all of our customers additional capacity, capability and support, along with Vette Corp Asia, with its 450,000 square feet of manufacturing operations.
Our name change will take place July 1, 2007. We ask that you update any of your systems to replace ERM Thermal Technologies, Inc. with Vette Corp. Please advise the purchasing, engineering, finance and other departments of this new name. This new Division of Vette Corp. will continue to provide all of the present ERM and Vette Corp. customers with the customer service, engineering support and manufacturing reliability that made us the leading provider in the industry.

Vette Corp acquires ERM Thermal Technologies, Inc.
Acquisition Expands Vette’s Manufacturing & Thermal Cooling Product Line Leadership
Manchester, NH – September 12, 2006 – Vette Corp, a leading global provider of thermal management solutions, has acquired ERM Thermal Technologies, Inc., of Ontario, New York. The acquisition continues Vette’s growth towards becoming the leading manufacturer and global supplier of total thermal solutions for the computer and industrial electronics markets, with extensive manufacturing, engineering and supply chain logistics. Terms of the acquisition were not released.
According to Vette’s President and CEO George Dannecker, “ERM is a good fit with Vette’s product and customer service strategies. The acquisition gives Vette Corp the manufacturing capabilities for liquid cooled and bonded fin heat sinks required for cooling high power electronics. These applications include RF power, x-ray and medical equipment, solar power, hybrid electric cars, trains, escalators and people movers. The power semiconductor electronics market includes power supplies and uninterruptible power supplies, motor controls, and traction drives in applications such as telecommunications, industrial controls, power conversion, transportation, alternative energy and aerospace.
