VETTE CORP ADDS PHIL KOEN, CEO OF SAVVIS INC., TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Portsmouth, NH (USA) June 17, 2009 - a leading global provider of thermal management solutions, announced today that Philip Koen, chief executive officer and a director of Savvis, Inc. (NASDAQ: SVVS), has joined Vette’s board of directors.

Prior to joining Savvis in 2006, Mr. Koen was the president and COO for Equinix, Inc. a provider of data center and Internet exchange services. Mr. Koen held a variety of positions at Pointcast, Inc. including president and CEO, COO and CFO respectively. Prior to Pointcast, he served as CFO for Etec Systems, Inc.

Currently Mr. Koen serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater St. Louis, Regional Business Council, St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association and Webster University Board of Trustees. He received a B.A degree from Claremont McKenna College and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.
