Michael Gagnon Selected as Global Marketing Manager of Vette Corp Datacom Facilities Division

Manchester, New Hampshire (USA) June 12, 2008 - Vette Corp (Vette), a leading worldwide provider of thermal management solutions, announces Michael Gagnon as global marketing manager of its datacom facilities division. Mr. Gagnon joins Vette from Wright Line, LLC, a manufacturer of technical office furniture and a leader in the IT equipment rack, data center cooling and power distribution markets. Over the past five years, Mr. Gagnon served as Wright Line's vice president of marketing where he was responsible for global product development and life cycle management.

Prior to his employment with Wright Line, Mr. Gagnon served as director of American Power Conversion's (APC®) Netshelter® Business Unit. In this role he helped elevate APC's IT rack business to become one of the top five leaders in the computer equipment enclosures market. His career experience also includes senior marketing and sales positions with organizations including Aerovox, Fenwal Incorporated and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

Mr. Gagnon earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Masters of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
