FORMER IBM EXECUTIVE WILLIAM M. ZEITLER JOINS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF VETTE CORP

Portsmouth, NH (USA) May 14, 2009 - Vette Corp, a leading global provider of thermal management solutions, announced today that William M. Zeitler, recently retired senior vice president and group executive of IBM Systems and Technology Group, has joined Vette’s board of directors.

Bill Zeitler retired as senior vice president and group executive of IBM Systems and Technology Group in August of 2008. In that capacity he was responsible for all of IBM’s systems, storage and microelectronics businesses worldwide. He was first named senior vice president and group executive of the Server Group in September of 2000.

Bill began his IBM career in 1969 as a programmer. He went on to work in a series of field assignments in systems engineering and marketing in IBM’s offices across the U.S. In 1989, he was part of the team that launched the AS/400. He went on to become VP of Strategy and Marketing for the AS/400 before being named AS/400 general manager. He held a variety of general management positions in the U.S. and Japan including head of World Wide Marketing and Sales for IBM's Software Group before assuming the Group Executive role in 2000.

Mr. Zeitler is a graduate of Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
